- Adding a wood & wire fence around the parking lot

- Pool resurfaced
- Add Parking Lot and front wall Lights
- Paving the grass area of parking lot
- Rebuild Pump House & adding a vanity fence
- Replace Baby pool sail
- Replacing damaged lounge chairs

- Added windscreen privacy fence screening to keep dust from the street and parking lot out of our pool.
- Replaced winter solar covers and added rollers for ease of uncovering pool in the winter.

- Added electronic keypad entry to the front gate for safety
